Crash!

so connie called me at work at 3 yesterday to say she'd had a cancellation and so she could get abby in to cut her hair. abby had been growing it long to donate to Locks of Love and now has an adorable short bob and 10 inches of her hair are on their way to make a wig.

well, since i was off work early, abby wanted me and grandpa to take the boat out on a nearby lake with her which we did and had a nice afternoon cruise around it.

but, on the way home, a minivan decided to make a rather highspeed left turn into us when we had the green light going through an intersection and totaled my dad's car by hitting us right in the driver's side door and pushing us into another vehicle waiting to cross the interstection.

thankfully everyone is OK! but, we're all a bit stiff and sore and even the boat came forward from the momentum of the sudden stop and damaged the trailer. i'm going to see the chiropractor in a little while.
