so i've been reading my very dear friend's blog lately and i'm struck by the complexity of issues and life experiences that are being dissected there in comparison to my very simple state of just attempting to enjoy time as much as possible without too much analysis and trying to minimize the stress from outside influences somewhat out of my control. (i.e. car sales lol)
and it was somewhat punctuated by the Gospel yesterday in which Peter goes to Jesus on the lake during the storm and is fine until he loses his focus on the Lord and then sinks. I'm just trying to stay focused and to keep things easy. in other words, stay afloat.
i'm enjoying it this way. and yet, i'm still very proud of my friend in his journey. prayers for all.
