my sister connie lent me (is that correct? ok, borrowed me) her juiceman juicer. as part of my current excitement in cooking and eating healthy, i learned she had one she's not using. so i started by juicing an apple and a pear and it was excellent. then i juiced a pineapple and apple and that was yummy too. a friend who has a juicer had mentioned that you don't need to peel or remove seeds when you juice because there's a mesh screen that filters all that and then you get ALL the healthy juices.
so yesterday after work i decided to juice a plum and an orange for a snack and i just cut up the orange i didn't peel it. i should have read the instructions more closely, because i was burping orange peel all night long and felt very sick.
lesson learned - oranges and grapefruit must be peeled. too much oil in the peel and it does not digest well.

It is actually correct to lend something to someone or to borrow something from someone. Borrowing something to someone is only a MN thing :) Hope you are doing well!
