Pittsburgh Trip

Ugh, Kevin makes me crazy.

so, about 2 weeks ago i was checking to see how Southwest Airlines was going to affect airfare out or Minneapolis because we've been held hostage to high airfares with Northwest being the big player here for so long. And although SW wasn't the cheapest, Midwest had flights to Pittsburgh for $102 per person round trip. We've never gotten to PIT that cheaply, so i had to buy tickets.

we're planning to arrive late on Friday 3/20 and come back on Monday the 23rd. The hotel is free through Marriott and we just have the rental car then.

I haven't seen Kevin's family for a while and so i'm looking forward to seeing lots of daughters and kevin's grandchildren and of course, my best friend Ron! I cannot wait to get to sing with his choir again.

and singing and mass is the only non-negotiable plan i've made for the trip so far. i've been bugging kevin to let his daughters know so that we can set some loose plans for seeing everyone else. and kevin has pretty much blown me off until this morning when he gets all agitated and wants to know what my plans are.

big sigh.

so, anyway, once again i've reminded him to contact his daughters and find out what we can schedule. the only plan i'm counting on for sure is mass Saturday night and dinner (spaghetti warehouse??) after.
